Using ESA funds for Inspire Prep Academy
We are a registered Arizona ESA vendor. We invoice ClassWallet directly for the coached sessions your student attends — so for most families there is nothing to submit and nothing out of pocket.
What is ESA?
Arizona's Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) program lets qualifying families direct state education funds toward approved educational expenses. Families manage those funds through ClassWallet, the state's approved disbursement platform.
Inspire Academy LLC is a registered Arizona ESA vendor. We invoice ClassWallet directly for physical-education instruction delivered to students enrolled in Inspire Prep Academy at our Inspire Courts facility in Gilbert. Parents do not submit invoices, and no card is charged on this website.
Eligibility and approved expense types are set by the Arizona Department of Education and ESA program rules — always confirm for your own account before enrolling.
How it works (4 steps)
Your part is steps 1 and 2. After that, we handle the billing.
- 1
Confirm your ESA is active and funded
Log in to ClassWallet and check that your student's Arizona ESA is active with funds available. We verify this before the first session — no funded ESA, no billing.
What to have ready - 2
Enroll and sign the agreement
One form covers enrollment, the service agreement, the liability waiver, and your ESA billing authorization. Takes about three minutes on a phone. The academic side is set up with you as part of the same path.
Your ESA, step by step - 3
Your student attends sessions
Coached physical-education instruction on a published schedule. We record attendance at every single session — that record is the only basis for billing.
How billing works - 4
We invoice your ESA — you do nothing
Each quarter we submit an invoice to ClassWallet for the sessions your student actually attended. You do not upload anything, and you are not charged a card on this website.
Billing details
What you need to enroll
Have these ready before your student's first session. Questions about any of it? Ask us — we will walk you through it.
An active, funded Arizona ESA
Your student must have an ESA with funds available in ClassWallet. We verify this at enrollment and before invoicing.
Student legal name matching the ESA account
Invoices must match the ESA student record. Tell us if your student goes by a nickname so the paperwork lines up.
Signed enrollment agreement and waiver
One combined form: service agreement, liability waiver, medical release, emergency contact, and ESA billing authorization.
Vendor name: Inspire Academy LLC
Our registered Arizona ESA vendor name is Inspire Academy LLC. Inspire Prep Academy is the program; Inspire Courts is the facility where sessions are held.
A pod time that works for your family
Sessions run weekday mornings and early afternoons — built around homeschool and online-school schedules.
How billing works
We invoice quarterly, in arrears — only for sessions your student actually attended. Nothing is billed in advance, and you are never asked to submit a claim yourself.
- 1
We record attendance at every session
Each coached session is logged: date, student, and session type. Missed sessions are not billed.
- 2
We total the quarter
At the end of each quarter we total only the sessions your student actually attended, at our standard rates.
- 3
We submit the invoice to ClassWallet
Inspire Academy LLC submits the invoice directly through ClassWallet as a registered ESA vendor. You are not asked to upload anything.
- 4
ClassWallet and the ESA program review it
The ESA program administrator reviews and approves payment. Vendor payments typically settle over several weeks — timing is set by the program, not by Inspire.
- 5
You get a copy of every invoice
You always receive a copy of what we billed, itemized by session, so you can reconcile against your ESA balance.
Rates
We go over rates with you when you enroll, or on a call before that. They do not change based on a family's funding source. Separately, ClassWallet adds its own 2% transaction fee to vendor payments.
What we bill to ESA
Delivered instruction only. Confirm allowable expenses for your own ESA account:
- Coached physical-education instruction (small-group sessions)
- Coached physical-education instruction (1:1 sessions)
- Basketball skill development, strength and conditioning, and applied team instruction delivered as part of Inspire Prep Academy
What we do not bill to ESA
These are not on the Inspire Academy LLC vendor path:
- Open gym / drop-in sessions
- General hourly court rental
- Spectator tickets or concessions
- Academic coursework — the school side is not billed on this physical-education vendor path. It is part of the Inspire Prep path and we set it up with each family directly.
- Uniforms, equipment, and tournament entry fees — not billed on our current vendor path
- Any session that was not actually delivered and attended
Billing help — what we can (and cannot) do
Questions about an invoice or your balance? We handle our invoices and your schedule. Eligibility and payment decisions stay with ClassWallet and the ESA program administrator.
We can help with
Send or re-send your invoice copy
Lost the PDF or need a cleaner session-by-session breakdown? We will re-issue it.
Correct a student name or amount
If our paperwork does not match your ESA record, we fix the invoice on our side and resubmit.
Tell you where your balance stands
We track what we have billed against your student's allocation and flag it before funds run low.
Adjust the schedule or pod placement
Times not working, or your student needs a different age group? Message us and we will move them.
We cannot do
- We do not log into your ClassWallet account or manage your ESA for you.
- We cannot determine your ESA eligibility — that is set by the Arizona Department of Education.
- We cannot override an ESA program decision or guarantee payment timelines.
- We do not bill ESA for open gym, court rental, or any session that was not delivered.
- We do not invoice the academic side on this physical-education vendor path — we arrange the school part with you separately.

FAQ
Do I have to submit anything to ClassWallet myself?
No. Inspire Academy LLC is a registered Arizona ESA vendor and invoices ClassWallet directly for the coached sessions your student attends. Your only jobs are to keep the ESA active and funded and to sign the enrollment agreement.
What is my out-of-pocket cost?
For most families with an active, funded ESA, there is nothing out of pocket for the coached physical-education sessions. We invoice only for sessions actually attended, and we tell you before your balance runs low.
How often do you invoice my ESA?
Quarterly, in arrears — after sessions have been delivered. Arizona releases ESA funds quarterly, so this matches when funds are actually available. We never bill in advance.
What are the rates?
We go over rates with you when you enroll, or on a quick call before that. Rates do not change based on a family's funding source. Separately, ClassWallet adds its own 2% transaction fee to vendor payments.
Can I use ESA for open gym or hourly court rental?
No. Our ESA vendor path covers coached physical-education instruction for enrolled Inspire Prep Academy students only. Open gym, drop-in, and general hourly court rental are not billed to ESA.
What happens if we move or withdraw mid-year?
Tell us right away. We invoice only for sessions delivered before that date. Remaining ESA funds stay in your student's ESA account — they are never paid to the family by Inspire.
What about my child's academics?
The academic side is part of the Inspire Prep path, not something you are left to sort out alone. Your student does coursework through an online school, and we arrange that with each family directly. What your own ESA covers is decided by the State, so we walk through your situation with you. The step-by-step guide is at /prep/esa.
