Using ESA funds for Inspire Prep
Inspire Prep is an eligible vendor on Arizona's ESA program. Here's how to submit your tuition, equipment, and training fees through ClassWallet — and what to expect while you wait.
What is ESA?
Arizona's Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) program lets qualifying families direct state education funds toward approved educational expenses — including tuition, training, and equipment for programs like Inspire Prep. Families manage their funds through ClassWallet, the state's approved disbursement platform.
Inspire Courts AZ is set up as an ESA-eligible vendor in ClassWallet's marketplace. You submit invoices to ClassWallet; the ESA program administrator reviews them; approved funds are disbursed directly through your ClassWallet account.
Step-by-step: Submit Inspire Prep tuition to ClassWallet
- 1
Log in to ClassWallet
Open your ClassWallet account at classwallet.com. You'll need your Arizona ESA login.
- 2
Select Inspire Courts AZ as the vendor
Search the ClassWallet marketplace for "Inspire Courts AZ" and choose us as your vendor for the invoice.
- 3
Upload the invoice we send you
We email or hand you a tuition invoice (PDF). Upload it to ClassWallet as supporting documentation.
- 4
Submit the claim
Enter the dollar amount + service period on the invoice and submit for review through ClassWallet.
- 5
Wait for approval + disbursement
ClassWallet typically reviews within 5–10 business days. Funds are disbursed by the ESA program administrator — not by us.

The following Inspire-issued line items are generally ESA-eligible. Confirm with the ESA program administrator before submitting:

FAQ
How long does ClassWallet take to approve a submission?
Most ClassWallet reimbursements are reviewed within 5–10 business days. Disbursement timing depends on the ESA program administrator, not Inspire Courts AZ.
What if my claim is denied?
ClassWallet provides a reason code on denial. Contact us — we can re-issue the invoice with corrected line items or supporting documentation.
Is there a sibling discount for Inspire Prep?
Sibling pricing is set per program. Contact the club director for the current rate sheet — we'll re-quote the invoice so your ClassWallet submission matches what you actually pay.
Can I use ESA funds for tournament fees and equipment?
Eligible expenses follow the Arizona ESA Handbook. Inspire Prep tuition, training fees, and program-issued equipment are generally eligible. Confirm with the ESA program before submitting.
Have a question?
We'll re-issue invoices, supply line-item breakdowns, or send your director a head's up — whatever it takes to get your ESA submission through.
Contact us about ESA billingLegal disclosure
Inspire Courts AZ does not collect or process ESA funds directly. Parents submit invoices via their ClassWallet account. Funds are disbursed by the ESA program administrator. Some Inspire coaches are 1099 independent contractors — see the published contractor agreement for the controlling terms when an ESA-funded service is provided by a contractor rather than a W-2 employee.
