Inspire Courts AZ respects the intellectual property of others and expects the people who use our site and app to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Reporting content you own

If you believe something on www.inspirecourts.com or in the Inspire Courts app — including a reel or a comment — infringes a copyright you own or represent, send a written notice to our Designated Agent below. To be effective, your notice must include all of the following:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you say is infringed.
3. Identification of the material you say is infringing, with enough detail for us to find it — the reel link or the comment itself is ideal.
4. Your contact information: mailing address, telephone number, and email.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Designated Agent

Please put “DMCA Notice” in the subject line so it reaches the right person quickly.

What we do

On a valid notice we remove or disable access to the material and, where appropriate, tell the person who posted it why. Accounts that repeatedly infringe lose their posting access and are terminated.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the agent above including: your signature; identification of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury of your good-faith belief that it was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, phone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if you are outside the United States, the District of Arizona). We may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.

Requests to remove a player's likeness

Separate from copyright: if you are a player, or the parent or guardian of a player, and you want a clip taken down because of who appears in it rather than who filmed it, you do not need a DMCA notice. Email InspireCourts@gmail.com or use the in-app Report control on the reel, and we will take it down. This is a youth facility and we act on those requests without argument.
