Photo Release

Last updated: September 2026 · Version 2026-09-15

In plain English

  • This is optional. You can sign up, check in, and use the gym without it.
  • Say no and your photo is used for one thing only: so the front desk can confirm it's you at check-in.
  • Say yes and you can turn on a shareable player card — a page you choose to send to coaches, family, or recruiters.
  • We never sell photos, license them to anyone, or hand them to third parties.
  • You can withdraw it any time from your profile. The card comes down immediately.

The text below is the binding version — this summary is for orientation only.

1. What you are agreeing to

By granting this release you give Inspire Courts AZ permission to display the profile photo on your account on your public player card, and only when you have separately switched that card on. Granting this release does not by itself publish anything.

2. What it does not cover

This release does not permit us to sell, license, sublicense, or transfer your photo to any third party; to use it in paid advertising; or to use it in any context you have not switched on. It covers your account photo on your own player card. Nothing else.

3. If you do not grant it

Your account works normally. Your photo is stored privately and shown only to facility staff at check-in, so they can confirm the person in front of them is the person on the account. Your player card can still exist — it simply stays private to you.

4. Players under 18

A public player card is not available to anyone under 18, with or without this release, and is not available to an account with no verified date of birth on file. A parent or guardian cannot grant a public card for a minor. For a minor's account this release therefore governs nothing beyond internal check-in use.

5. Withdrawing permission

You may withdraw this release at any time from your profile, or by emailing InspireCourts@gmail.com. Withdrawing takes the public card down in the same action. We cannot retrieve copies other people saved or shared while the card was public — which is the honest limit of any withdrawal, and the reason the card is off by default.

6. Accounts created before September 2026

Accounts that existed before this release was introduced are not required to grant it, and their existing player cards are unaffected. Those members can grant or decline it from their profile at any time; declining takes down a public card in the same way as any withdrawal.
